Shipping Policy

We will make every effort to ship all orders placed before 12:00PM PST, on the same day orders are placed. StainOut System cannot guarantee same day shipping on any order. The shipping guidelines stated are not guarantees of a shipping or arrival date.

Expedited orders MUST be placed before 12:00PM PST in order to ship out the same day. Expedited orders placed after 12:00PM PST will ship the following business day.

Expedited shipping is subject to availability of items on the order. There could be a delay in shipping your order if the items are not in stock, the billing information is inaccurate, or insufficient contact information is provided. Expedited shipping is not available for PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

All orders are shipped via UPS. We cannot ship via any other carrier. 

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order. Once a package has been shipped, the address cannot be altered.
